Description
The hypothesis of this diet is that the body needs a cleanse to rid it of deadly toxins and other impurities. This may be a jumpstart for another diet as it olasts 3 – 10 days.

 - Phase 1 (Ease in phase)/ Day 1 – Eat living food such as vegetables and whole grains
 - Phase 1 (Ease in phase)/ Day 2 – Eat/Drink Soup broths, fruit and vegetable juices
 - Phase 1 (Ease in phase)/ Day 3 – Eat/Drink only orange juice
 - Phase 2 (Lemonade phase) – Eat/Drink special lemonade six to twelve times a day
- Lemonade – 2 Tbs Organic lemon juice, 2 Tbs. Organic Maple syrup, 1/10 Tsp cayenne pepper, 10 Oz. filtered water
 - Herbal laxative or enema recommended each day during this phase.
 
 - Phase 3 (Ease out phase)/ Day 1 – Eat/Drink only orange juice
 - Phase 3 (Ease out phase)/ Day 2 – Eat/Drink Soup broths, fruit and vegetable juices
