Description

The basic premise of this diet seems to be that by providing the dieter a website with many tools to use while losing weight will increase success. The dieter progresses through 4 stages. Release, Relearn, Reshape, and Reveal.

  • Phase 1 – Release – Remove all “bad” food habits from your life
  • Phase 2 – Relearn – Start learning and practicing new choices
