Description
The basic premise of this diet seems to be that by providing the dieter a website with many tools to use while losing weight will increase success. The dieter progresses through 4 stages. Release, Relearn, Reshape, and Reveal.
Ease for Dieter*
Easy-Medium
- The dieter will need kitchen skills
- Phase 1 – Release – Remove all “bad” food habits from your life
- Phase 2 – Relearn – Start learning and practicing new choices
- Phase 3 – Reshape – Move into this phase when the new choices become habits
- Phase 4 – Reveal – Continue to practice your new skills for life
(*My impression based on my research and how hard I think it would be to maintain for 1, 6, 8, 10, 20 weeks. Your experience may vary.)
