Description

The hypothesis of this diet is that if a dieter is able to “cheat” from Saturday morning (9:00 am) to Sunday night (9:00 pm), they will be able to stick to their diet during the week.

Ease for Dieter*

Medium

  • Need to be restrictive during the week
  • Weekend high calorie/ high fat

(*My impression is based on my research and how hard I think it would be to maintain for 1, 6, 8, 10, 20 weeks. Your experience may vary.)

Food Emphasis

  • Low Calorie/Fat during the week
  • High Calorie/Fat during the weekend
  • Portion control
  • Natural foods during the week
  • Processed foods during the weekend

Maintenance Plan

  • Lifetime

Suggested Activity Level

  • Activity is encouraged. Yard work and walking are included.
  • Includes supplements
