SMART Goals -An Introduction

SMART Goals are a key part of this journey to a healthier, fitter and happier you. Each month we will be selecting a SMART goal to work on from one of the One Fit Thing pillars (find out more here). With enough time we will be able to turn our goal into a habit. Some will be easy. You will be able to reach your goal every week and maintaining it as a habit will be an easy transition at the end of the month. Other goals will take longer. This is individual to you. Remember, the point is to get to a healthier, fitter, and happier you, so you need to feel challenged by the transitions but not overwhelmed.
